Our aim is to bring about positive socio-economic transformation in Nepal. Our mission is to help our clients integrate and rapidly deploy innovative good practices in their programmes to achieve results at scale. We draw on the expertise of local, national and international specialists for providing efficient and effective consulting, advisory and mentoring services to our clients.

WHAT WE DO

LINKS Consulting provides a range of solutions in the following major themes:

Technical Advisory and Consulting Services

  • Technical advisory support for conducting action research, social and policy research, and field experimental research on a wide range of subjects;
  • Management advisory support for institutional development, leadership development, financial management, and good governance; and
  • Support organizations in developing scaling up strategy of good practices, help in the implementation through training and coaching of staff, and monitoring and feedback on intervention strategy and approaches.

Assessment, Reviews and Studies

  • Conduct, facilitate and supervise situation analysis, baseline, mid-term, endline and impact studies;
  • Undertake monitoring and evaluation of projects, programmes and organizations; and
  •  Engage in documenting and publicizing policy research, case studies, human interest stories, and success and failure stories.

Concept Notes, Proposals and Strategy Development

  • Facilitate organizations in developing concept
    notes and proposals on various themes, as per
    client’s demand;
  • Support organizations in formulating organizational policies, strategies, and guidelines, and help these organizations for the proper implementation;
  • Develop business plans and investment plans,
    conduct value chain analyses and market
    linkages, as per client’s demand; and
  • Support promotion and marketing of agriculture
    and forest-based products, tools and
    technologies.

Capacity Building

  • LCPL experts will conduct capacity needs
    assessment, organize customized Tailor Made
    Training (TMT) catering to the needs of the
    organizations with follow-on support; and
  • Mentoring and coaching will comprise as an
    integral component of LCPL’s capacity building
    approach to organizations, where experts
    will intimately work with clients to resolve
    knowledge and capacity gaps.
